Das Diligo Team

Petra ist Absolventin der École Hôtelière de Lausanne und verfügt über eine Zertifizierung in Management Control der HEC Genf. Ihre berufliche Laufbahn begann im Verkauf und Marketing, bevor sie eine Dekade lang beim Internationalen Komitee vom Roten Kreuz (IKRK) tätig war, sowohl am Hauptsitz als auch im Feldeinsatz, mit Schwerpunkt auf Management und Finanzen.

2003 wechselte Petra in die Personalentwicklung und übernahm die Rolle der HR-Leiterin beim Touring Club Schweiz. Als zertifizierter IDC-Coach verbindet sie tiefgreifende Fachkompetenz mit echter Leidenschaft für die Begleitung und Entwicklung von Talenten.

Geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin

Jean-Bernard ist diplomierter Betriebsökonom ESCEA-HES und verfügt über eine Zertifizierung in Management Control der HEC Genf. Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann im Bankensektor, bevor er während neun Jahren beim Internationalen Komitee vom Roten Kreuz (IKRK) tätig, mit Schwerpunkt auf Management und Finanzen.

Mit dieser fundierten Expertise wechselte er 2005 zum Weltbüro der Pfadfinderbewegung, wo er als Direktor Finanzen, Personal und Administration Verantwortung für das gesamte operative Back-Office trug. Seit 2014 ist Jean-Bernard im Bereich Payrolling und Lohnträgerschaft tätig, mit einem tiefen Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Beratern und Unternehmen.

Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter

Cristina hat Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Universität Bukarest studiert und verfügt über einen Master of Science der Universität Genf. Ihre berufliche Laufbahn begann in der Buchhaltung und Lohnverwaltung eines Finanzunternehmens, bevor sie in den NGO-Sektor wechselte (Organisation Mondiale du Mouvement Scout).

Anschliessend kehrte sie in die Privatwirtschaft zurück und gehört heute zu unseren dienstältesten Mitarbeiterinnen: Fast zehn Jahre lang hat sie unser Treuhandbüro und unsere Lohnträgerschaftsgesellschaft mitgeprägt und aufgebaut.

Als Leiterin Buchhaltung und Operations stellt Cristina sicher, dass alle Löhne unserer angestellten Berater korrekt berechnet und pünktlich ausbezahlt werden. Ihre fundierte Expertise im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht ist eine wertvolle Stütze für unser Team und unsere Kunden gleichermassen.

Rahya verfügt über eine Berufsmaturität und startete ihre Karriere in einem internationalen Unternehmen der Energiebranche, bevor sie in die Personalverwaltung wechselte. In ihrer Arbeit legt sie grossen Wert auf Aufmerksamkeit und kollegiale Unterstützung, stets mit einer persönlichen und herzlichen Note.

Als Empfangs- und Assistenzsekretärin sorgt sie dafür, dass sich alle willkommen und gut betreut fühlen.

Wanda ist eine mehrsprachige Fachfrau, die einen Grossteil ihrer Karriere damit verbracht hat, internationale Kunden in den Bereichen Banken und Versicherungen zu begleiten. Ursprünglich als Innenarchitektin tätig, erweiterte sie ihre Expertise schrittweise auf Immobilienstrategien und die Leitung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten für Kunden weltweit.

Zuletzt hat sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Partner Michael Bender mehrere Schweizer Unternehmen mitgegründet – darunter Thalent (Payrolling-Dienstleistungen), Talents Connection (IT-Rekrutierung) und PEC Consulting (Ingenieurdienstleistungen).

Dank ihrer breiten Erfahrung und ihrem tiefen Verständnis für die Realität des Berateralltags begleitet Wanda Consultants sowie Schweizer und internationale Unternehmen mit Überzeugung und Weitblick bei der Umsetzung ihrer Projekte.

Michael verfügt über einen MBA und ist ein erfahrener General Manager mit umfassender Expertise im Banken- und Finanzsektor in ganz Europa. Seine fachlichen Schwerpunkte liegen in IT-Strategie, IT-Immobilien und der Steuerung komplexer Projektportfolios.

Gemeinsam mit Wanda Bender hat er mehrere Schweizer Unternehmen mitgegründet. Als Business- und IT-Consultant ist er auf Geschäftsprozesse und digitale Transformation spezialisiert.

Michael ist bekannt für seine Leidenschaft für Innovation und sein strategisches Denken auf lange Sicht. Besonders geschätzt wird er für seine Fähigkeit, talentierte und motivierte Teams aufzubauen und für sein konsequentes Engagement gegenüber Kunden und Partnern.
