Petra holds a degree from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and a management control certificate from HEC Geneva. She began her professional journey in sales and marketing before dedicating a decade to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where she excelled in management and finance both at headquarters and in the field.
In 2003, Petra shifted her focus to human resources, taking on the role of HR Manager at the Touring Club Suisse. She is also a certified IDC professional coach, bringing a wealth of expertise and a passion for developing talent.

Jean-Bernard is a business economist from ESCEA-HES and holds a management control certificate from HEC Geneva. He began his professional journey in the banking sector before dedicating nine years to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where he excelled in management and finance both at headquarters and in the field.
In 2005, Jean-Bernard joined the World Scout Bureau as Director of Finance, Personnel, and Administration. Since 2014, he has been specializing in payrolling, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

Nancy holds a BA in Social Psychology and an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has skillfully navigated a diverse career path that spans management consulting, corporate business, and entrepreneurship.
With over 20 years of experience in HR consulting, Nancy has collaborated with companies across various sectors. She has also successfully managed organizational development projects for both local and multinational companies.
Known for her creativity and pragmatism, Nancy is dedicated to providing high-quality service and finding optimal solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
In addition to her professional achievements, Nancy is an Officer and Director of one of Geneva’s oldest historic societies, ‘Les Exercices de l’Arquebuse et de la Navigation,’ and she serves as the President of the Brass Band Arquebuse in Geneva.

Cristina holds a degree from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and an MSc from the University of Geneva.
She began her career managing accounting and salary administration at a financial company before transitioning to the NGO sector with the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Cristina then returned to the corporate world, becoming one of our longest-serving staff members, and has spent nearly a decade working with both our accounting firm and salary hosting company.
As our Accounting and Operations Manager, Cristina ensures that all salaries for our hosted employees are accurate and paid on time. She is also an expert in labor law, bringing much-appreciated professionalism and dedication to our team and clients.
Outside of work, Cristina loves traveling and discovering new cultures.

Rahya obtained a professional maturity diploma and began her career in an international energy company before moving towards human resources management. In her role, Rahya ensures that she is attentive and supportive of her colleagues, while maintaining a friendly and personalized approach.
As an office coordinator, she makes sure that each employee and visitor finds support and a warm welcome in the accomplishment of their tasks. Passionate about travel and discovering new cultures, she has visited several continents, including Asia, Latin America, and Africa, with the aim of broadening her knowledge and openness to the world.

Wanda is a multilingual professional who grew up in Geneva and has dedicated much of her career to working with international clients in the banking and insurance sectors. Starting as an interior architect, she quickly expanded her expertise to include real estate strategies as a project manager and implemented IT infrastructure concepts for clients worldwide.
Recently, Wanda co-founded several Swiss companies with her business partner, Michael Bender, including Thalent, a payrolling company; Talents Connection, an IT services recruitment agency; and PEC Consulting, an engineering services provider. With her extensive experience and deep understanding of consultants' needs, Wanda excels at helping Swiss or foreign companies with their projects.
Wanda's multilingualism and open-minded approach allow her to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Passionate about travel, she has visited many countries for both business and leisure. Known for her determination and motivation, Wanda excels in everything she undertakes.

Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is an accomplished Managing Director with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors across Europe. He brings strong expertise in IT strategy, real estate IT, and project portfolio management.
As a co-founder of several Swiss companies alongside Wanda Swetzer, Michael also excels as a business and IT consultant, specializing in business processes and digital transformation.
Michael’s vast experience in guiding and creating SMEs has equipped him with specific expertise in financing and restructuring during crisis situations. His specialized skills include validating business plans, digital marketing, and leveraging online tools for efficient business process management.
Known for his passion for innovation and long-term strategic vision, Michael is highly regarded for his ability to build talented and motivated teams, and for his unwavering commitment to his clients and partners.
